Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you.

 

Return Conditions

The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect resalable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

How to proceed?

Contact us at thomasbonnot647@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method as for the original purchase.

 

Defective or damaged product

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately: we will offer a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping costs covered by us.
